When the team from Doctor Olson’s office first asked us about building a website for their clinical psychology practice, they were looking for little more than a landing page to redirect patients to a third-party appointment scheduling service.  But when we found out that the appointment service required a $40 per-month subscription, we knew that we could do much more to help them.

So we worked with a developer to create an affordable appointment scheduling solution that allows clients to schedule and cancel appointments online and to view and manage their own appointment history.  It also provides an interface that allows the office staff to employ the system as their primary scheduling and appointment management tool – saving to a common database, regardless of office location.

Then we built a comprehensive site that not only includes the appointment scheduling application, but also includes an interactive Google map to pinpoint office locations and a forms download area that allows new patients to print and complete background forms at home before arriving for their first appointment.

And like all SpringHill sites, we included search-engine-friendly URLs, a complete system of page titles and meta tags, and dynamic site maps to ensure excellent rankings with the search engines.

The resulting site is still relatively simple, but we are very proud to have created such an affordable asset that will continue to serve them for many years to come.  Check it out here!
